It is with great pleasure that we announce the well-deserved promotion of Ed Ball to Senior Sales Executive at NAEC Stoneleigh. After completing his university degree, Ed began his hospitality career at Warwick Castle as a Guest Services Host, working his way up to Hotel Team Leader. His passion for exceptional customer service and his insight into the castle’s events led him to join NAEC Stoneleigh’s Sales team in January 2023 as Venue Sales Executive.
In his 18 months with us, Ed has demonstrated outstanding success, working closely with numerous clients to launch new shows and grow their existing events at NAEC Stoneleigh. His dedication, expertise, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences have earned him this well-deserved promotion to Senior Sales Executive.
Justin Craig, CEO of Inside Warehouse Logistics Expo which runs at NAEC Stoneleigh comments: “Launching new events and/or changing event venues is a daunting thing for an exhibition organiser. Ed was supportive and encouraging at all times, his friendly and transparent approach was really comforting. I felt like I was in safe hands with Ed. He was always very responsive to our needs, and I could tell he genuinely cared about the success of our event. I cannot speak highly enough of him.”
Lowri Croydon, Head of Venue Sales at NAEC Stoneleigh added: “Ed is an asset to our team, it has been an absolute pleasure to watch Ed grow and develop over the last 18months. Ed goes above and beyond to support organisers and maximises every opportunity he has at his disposal. Huge kudos to you Ed, well deserved.”
Alan Regan, Organising Team of The Association of 16mm Narrow Gauge Modellers comments “Ed has been all I’d expect from an event Account Manager. He’s enthusiastic, responsive, flexible, open and easy to work with, even coming to look for me on-site when I was visiting to plan our event. We had to change the date of our 2025 event, to avoid unforeseen conflict away from the venue, and this was handled with speed and flexibility. I really have nothing but praise for Ed in his role.”
The management team at NAEC Stoneleigh take pride in developing new talent and really elevating the next generation of venue experts. Well done to Ed for his efforts, by investing in its people, NAEC Stoneleigh can build a strong, talented team that will drive its success for years to come.
