This September, we are thrilled to host Miniatura for its monumental 100th show, a prestigious event dedicated to the world of dollhouses and miniature artistry. After welcoming Miniatura back for the past two years, we are excited to be a part of this significant milestone.
The Autumn show will feature an impressive array of intricate small-scale creations from both seasoned experts and passionate enthusiasts. Highlights will include special guests such as Kim Murdoch, who is traveling all the way from Australia to present her exquisite dolls; David Bishop, offering his expert advice on wiring techniques; and Leo from Entranced Glassworks, who will be performing a live glass-blowing demonstration for the very first time!
Lynn Gardner, Account Director commented “It’s always a pleasure to welcome Miniatura back here to the NAEC Stoneleigh and support them with the continuous growth of their event. The show is set to bring together many enthusiasts, celebrating a long and rich history which began in 1983, and we look forward to welcoming visitors and guests from as far as Australia.”
Andy Hopwood, the organiser of Miniatura, expressed his excitement about the upcoming show: “It is such a privilege to be able to promote the work of so many talented makers. The miniatures are obviously what visitors come to see but it’s the people that truly make this such a special show. It really is the smiling faces that makes it all worthwhile.”
This event promises to be bigger and better than ever, making it an occasion you won’t want to miss!
