After announcing the reopening of Hall 3 last month, we have been overwhelmed with the response from a number of new and existing organisers. Overall, the addition of Hall 3 at NAEC Stoneleigh has revolutionized the growth of various events, providing organisers with the much-needed space to expand their offerings and attract a larger and more diverse audience. As a venue, we pride ourselves on continuously enhancing the overall experience for all, we hear from some of our longstanding organisers to tell you how the addition of Hall 3 has benefitted their events.
Lee Masters, Event Director at Clarion Events commented: “Fantastic news that NAEC Stoneleigh has Hall 3 back on stream. This quality space was always part of Reis Race Retro prior to covid, and I am delighted that it will be central to our scaling-up plans next year and for the foreseeable future. With the light and airy atmosphere, ease of access and substantial size the hall is perfect for hosting our key indoor features including our Live Stage where you can listen to the adventures and driving careers of motorsport icons. On top of that, we will showcase circa 30 legendary racing cars each with their own stories and provenance in our Hall-of-Fame display.”
Chris Bassett, Event Director for GroundsFest added: “We feel that the reintroduction of Hall 3 at Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire will enrich the GroundsFest experience, offering a more dynamic and free-flowing layout to our visitors. The decision to use Hall 3 will not only improve the overall event ambiance but has also allowed us to create a new entrance, significantly reducing the walking distance from the car park to the event. This ensures that visitors can promptly immerse themselves in the diverse offerings of GroundsFest 2024, enhancing their overall enjoyment. The hall’s size, condition, and versatility was a key factor behind choosing to use Hall 3, along with the excellent team we work with at Stoneleigh. In essence, the reintroduction of Hall 3 stands as a positive addition to our event and allows us to grow in way which was impossible beforehand.”
David Bell, Secretary for City of Birmingham Dog Show reflects: “The City of Birmingham Canine Association, established in 1944, has been holding its General Championship dog Show at NAEC Stoneleigh, Stoneleigh Park since 2003. ‘The City’ like so many events suffered during the COVID years, so we are delighted to be able to add Hall 3 to our event space in 2024 and re-establish the show as one of the largest and most prestigious Pedigree Dog Shows in the UK. Hall 3 will now allow us to include Educational and Canine Health Testing events during the show to help the Kennel Club promote the training of Judges and Health of Pedigree Dogs.
The availability of space of course is only part of the story, the advice and assistance of the Event Management Team are invaluable in the smooth running of any event, from Parking to the Safety of all exhibitors and visitors to the show. NAEC Stoneleigh, Stoneleigh Park is an ideal venue for any event, providing a central location with easy access, a safe environment and above all fabulous facilities and professional event support.”
