After an incredibly successful show in Autumn 2024 (the 100th event), Miniatura is back in Spring 2025! This show gets bigger each time which is ironic as the actual items on display seem to get smaller. The quality of work gets better and more imaginative as well and, if this is your first time prepare to be swept away into hundreds of mini-wonderlands and even be inspired to create one of your very own.
The Spring show has over 100 exhibitors and many many highlights:
Sharon Harvey, one of the contestants from The Great Big Tiny Design Challenge on Channel 4 will be signing her new book, an essential guide to making miniatures.
Over 20 new makers including CGS Ceramics who specialises in miniature pottery and is part of a recent and growing wave of makers working in this medium.
Moe Miniatures is coming from the USA to bring her beautiful needlework to show us on this side of the Atlantic. From Taiwan comes Kuo Kuang Chen with immaculate food and plants inspired by their culture. A little closer to home (from Coventry) are makers like Graham Bolton with his realistic take on modern urban life. All of the exhibitors make their way to Stoneleigh NAEC in the heart of the UK to meet with over 2000 enthusiastic visitors enjoying a fantastic day out in an easily accessible and comfortable setting.
Leo from Entranced Glassworks will be repeating his glassblowing demonstration over the weekend for those that missed it in the Autumn (it is fascinating – be sure to take a look). There will be lots of other demonstrations too and chances to take part in mini-workshops.
With free parking, plenty of public seating and easy access the venue makes this the ideal place for us to bring you some of the most charming miniature art you will ever see.
